| FLORHAM PARK, NEW JERSEY, USA, March 29, 2005 - ASCO, the

Actuated Globe Valve Assembly, three products assembled together for an
economical, durable, and complete valve control package solution. |
| This linear on/off valve is your stand alone solution that
can be used in a variety of applications. Versatile, proven, and reliable, the
8290 series process valve is available in Bronze or Stainless Steel. All
components are backed and manufactured by ASCO. |
| Available in ½" to 2" pipe sizes. Combinations are also
available in hazardous location enclosures. |
